Return Policy

 We understand sizing can be hard. We're proud to offer Store Credit for any reason. We do not offer free returns. Data shows that free returns increase sales, however, it also indicates that more orders are being placed before carefully assessing size guides. This increases both outgoing and returned shipments - a consequence that affects our environment. The only proven way to decrease our negative impact on the environment is through mindful shopping.

Prevention is key. Make sure you read our sizing chart. Wetsuits should be fitted to ensure maximum warmth and comfort in the ocean, however, they should not be uncomfortable or restrict movement. Wetting your wetsuit will make it easier to get on.

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of purchase for a Store Credit.

To ensure speedy delivery of our suits and merchandise, the funds collected have already/will immediately be put towards production and shipping costs. Due to this, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for any purchases made through Kickstarter. Please ensure you double-check your measurements before advising us of what size you would like.
