We're a small, dedicated team, and everything we do happens online — from designing bite-resistant wetsuits to answering your questions personally.

That means we don't have a retail store, showroom, or phone line. Email is the best (and only) way to reach us.  We read and reply to every message, usually within 1 business day.

Please note: we can't accept phone calls or in-person visits. If you've received a parcel from us, the address on the shipping label is our fulfilment warehouse only — it's not a place to visit, call, or send returns without contacting us first.
